Triggernometry

During this course you will develop the foundational skills needed to become a more efficient, consistent, and capable practical shooter. Triggernometry focuses on the relationship between body mechanics, grip, visual discipline, trigger manipulation, and efficient gun handling. Participants will learn how these individual components work together to build a repeatable shooting process and will explore ways to incorporate these skills into their own personal training program.

Practical shooting provides an excellent environment to test and develop these skills under time and performance demands. Throughout the course, we will focus on building efficient movement, improving visual processing, developing recoil management, and learning to recognize and respond to what the gun is doing through shot calling. These skills will be applied with the goal of making each shooter more efficient, consistent, and capable, regardless of their individual shooting discipline or intended application.

As a prerequisite of this course, participants will be expected to handle firearms responsibly, under stress and in the presence of others in and around the shooting area. This is a performance-oriented course and participants should be comfortable safely operating their handgun from the holster. Please contact Tony with any questions prior to registering.

Range fee – $26 per day, due on the first day of class.

Semi-Automatic handgun.

Minimum of 3 magazines for your pistol.

Open top, non-collapsing holster and at least two magazine pouches, carried on your body. Use of open carry/outside the waistband or concealment rigs are at the shooter’s discretion.

Belt suitable for securely supporting all necessary gear on the shooters belt line.

1000 rounds of ammunition, minimum.

Electronic hearing protection.
